Training regimen

So far I haven’t been doing much to train, but I’ve been thinking about it.  I started riding my bike to work a few weeks ago, and I’ve been doing crunches.  I might try the “Gallon of Water Challenge” again.  My current record is 43 minutes.

Anybody else prepping themselves?

    Water training.
    Hmm.
    This may need to happen.
    I have not gone out to eat in almost a month now
    but We have started 2-3 times a week grilling
    I will need to start cutting back on the roughage
